Sharon Roth

Sharon (nee Benson) Roth of Eureka, Missouri, was born April 15, 1944 in Fenton, Missouri to Floyd and Elsie (nee Lamar) Benson and entered into rest Friday, May 17, 2024 in Eureka, Missouri at the age of 80 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Elsie (nee Lamar) Benson; husband, Robert Taylor; 6 brothers. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Frank Roth; children, Teresa Otte and Renea (Curt) Moellering; step-daughter, Melissa Roth; grandchildren, Melissa Parker, Jason Walls, Mike Walls, Megan Walls, Anthony Roth, Erin Derricott, Kennedy VanDeven; great-grandchildren, Daisy Coffman, Evan Walls, Michael Davenport, Brynleigh Walls, Leif Seaman, Dahlia Seaman, Hazel Ziegler, and Emerson Derricott; honorary grandkids, Angie Nahlik and Cara Drollinger; brother, Jerry (Joanne) Benson; along with numerous other extended family and friends. Sharon was a wonderful woman whose heart was deeply devoted to her grandkids, who were the light of her life. She found immense joy in her trips to Branson, where the charm of the town resonated with her vibrant spirit. Her garden was a testament to her nurturing soul, blooming with beauty much like her life. Her days were often spent enjoying classic movies and beloved TV shows, a delightful escape that paired perfectly with her favorite songs from the 50s and 60s. She also enjoyed Christmas songs, reflecting her festive and joyous nature. An extraordinary cook, she shared love through her delicious meals, creating cherished memories with every bite. Her legacy of love, joy, and warmth will forever remain in our hearts. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill, MO. Interment will immediately follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill, MO.
