Raymond R. Sielfleisch

Raymond R. Sielfleisch of Byrnes Mill, Missouri, was born April 8, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri to John W. and JoAnn (nee Grosche) Sielfleisch and entered into rest Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at the age of 66 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, John W. and JoAnn (nee Grosche) Sielfleisch; one brother John Sielfleisch. He is survived by his loving wife Terri Sielfleisch; daughter, Emily Sielfleisch; siblings, Terri Muckler, Jackie Berg, Michelle Germany, Carolyn Sielfleisch and Mike Sielfleisch; along with numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends. Raymond was a man whose greatest joy in life was his family. He loved them deeply and treasured every moment spent together. He also had a special gift with animals especially his horses and seemed to attract every creature that crossed his path. Raymond cared for animals with patience and kindness, always making sure they were fed, safe, and loved. He spent countless hours with his favorite daughter Emily taking care of the many animals that loved him. Whether he was out tending to the horses or simply enjoying the peace of the countryside, he found happiness in the simple things and the people he cared about most. He was an extremely hard worker, being a dedicated roofer for 50 years following in his father’s footsteps. Raymond was well known for driving around in his red truck, stopping to visit with friends wherever he went. He never met a stranger, and the many friendships he built throughout his life were a reflection of his warm heart and easygoing spirit. He loved listening to all types of music while sitting in his garage, spending countless hours working on trucks, tractors, and farm equipment, always finding satisfaction in fixing things with his own two hands. Raymond’s kind soul, loyal friendship, and love for family and country life will be remembered and cherished by all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary. Interment will immediately follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill, Missouri.
