Polly JoAnne (nee Yotter) Kiefer of St. Ann, Missouri, was born April 30, 1966 in Maryland Heights, Missouri and entered into rest Thursday, January 30, 2025 in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 58 years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Mark Anthony Kiefer. She is survived by her mother, Patricia “Pat” Yotter; sons, Brandon (Ashley) Kiefer, Travis Kiefer, David Kiefer, Joe Mueller, and Patrick Mueller; a granddaughter on the way, Joanna Polly Kiefer; brother, Eric Walter; uncle, Keith (Sue) Kinder; cousin, Char Kohler; first best friend ever, Melissa “Missy” Wilkinson; sister by choice, Dawn Walter; along with numerous other extended family and friends. Polly was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Her love for everyone, especially her children, knew no bounds, and she was truly a mother to all. With her infectious smile and quick wit, she could light up any room and lift the spirits of those around her. Her positivity was unmatched, and her wise, comforting advice guided many through tough times. As a devoted member of the Arlington United Methodist Church and a cherished member of the choir, Polly's spirit touched the lives of all who crossed her path. She could brighten up an entire country with her warmth and kindness, and will leave behind a legacy of love and light that will never be forgotten. Services are postponed until a later date.
