Nora Estell THOMAS (nee Davidson), of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born April 22, 1924, in Ridgely, Tennessee, to Abernathy “Ab” and Laura Ann (nee Rowe) Davidson, and entered into rest, Thursday, May 31, 2007, at her residence, in Cedar Hill, Missouri, at the age of 83 years, 1 month and 7 days. She is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Price Inman (Married March 5, 1942), one (1) son, Michael Inman, and seven (7) siblings, Buford Davidson, Jadie Elliston, Lallie Tinto, Zular Sanders, Lola Lane, Millie Reasons, and Parazetty Davidson. She is survived by her husband, Lennis Thomas, of Cedar Hill, Missouri, (Married February 22, 1981), three (3) children, Fay (Charles) Price, of Hillsboro, Missouri, Gail Wilson, of Mehlville, Missouri, Sharon (Albert) Nelson, of House Springs, Missouri, three (3) step-children, David Thomas, of Lopez Island, Washington, Danny Thomas, of St. Louis, Missouri and Peggy Henson, of Desloge, Missouri eleven (11) grandchildren, Scott Smercina, Keith Smercina, Matthew Nelson, Sr., Jennifer Nelson-Bequette, Bridgette Roth, Stephanie Mulholland, Kimberly Dawn Wilson, Erika Anderson, James Wilson, Michael Price-Inman, Stevi-Nicole Cubler, sixteen (16) great-grandchildren, Christina, Zachary, Matthew, Jr., Mason, Madison, Lorali, Amanda, Trevor, Christian, Emilie, Benjamin, Robert “Beau”, Lillie, Abby, Annalise, and Carter, one (1) great great-grandson, Billy, one (1) sister, Maybelle Duncan, of Campbell, Missouri, and many other relatives and friends. Nora was deeply religious and played the guitar and sang at her church. She loved “old time” religious music and quilting but her most precious moments were those spent with her family. She is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Visitation Friday, June 1, 2007, from 2-8 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016.
