Vivian was not just a mother/grandmother; she was a pillar of strength for her five children: Martin, Robert, Nicholas, Vivian Lisette, and Cali, grandchildren: Diego Nicola’s, Evelyn Rose Mercado, Adrian Jr. Emillio, and Isabel Navarro whom she loved fiercely. Her love for her children knew no bounds, and she was willing to go to the ends of the earth to ensure their happiness and well-being. Her nurturing spirit and endless dedication to her family including her parents: Heriberto and Josefa (nee Navarro) Gutierrez, siblings: Romelia Gutierrez Perez, Rogelio Gutierrez Sr, Lydia Astudillo Ricardo Gutierrez, Jose Gutierrez and Lorena Gutierrez were the foundations upon which their lives were built. Professionally, Vivian excelled as a funeral planner, a role in which she showed true compassion and a genuine heart. She had a natural gift for comforting those in their darkest hours, offering solace and support with a warmth that could only come from someone as kind and selfless as she was. She never said no, always putting the needs of others before her own, embodying a spirit of service that was rare and beautiful. Vivian's resilience and determination were nothing short of extraordinary. In less than a year, she moved to a new state, secured a career, purchased a home, qualified for another, and brought her parents to live with her to care and tend to them, all while also caring/mothering her youngest Cali. She elevated every situation she found herself in, pushing the boundaries of what was possible with her unmatched drive and motivation. Despite her countless achievements, Vivian often did not receive the recognition she so richly deserved. Yet, those who knew her understood the magnitude of her contributions and the deep love she poured into every aspect of her life. She had a remarkable ability to bring her family back together, even if only for a short time, reminding us all of the importance of unity and love. Vivian was, and will always be, loved and adored. Her memory will be cherished forever by her children and family, who take comfort in knowing that she is with them in spirit, guiding them as their very own guardian angel.
