Wood, Shirley Jean, (nee Brown) of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born May 25, 1937 in Advance, Missouri to Benjamin Franklin and Lina Carolina (nee Cato) Brown and entered into rest Tuesday, April 6, 2021 in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 83 years. She is preceded in death by her father Benjamin Brown, her mother Lina Andrews, step father Grant Andrews, in - laws Lovina and Boyd Wood, and nine (9) siblings Arvella (Ray) Smith, Mildred (Ernest) White, Charles (Pansy) Brown, Willard (Ester) Brown, Clarence (Hazel) Brown, Harold (Carnice) Brown, Norma (Marvin) Felty, Milford (Helen) Brown, and Pauline Brown She is survived by her loving husband William Wood of Cedar Hill, Missouri, three (3) children, Jim Wood of Cedar Hill, Missouri, Sherry (John) Heberlie of Imperial, Missouri, and Gloria Krebes of El Paso, Texas, two (2) grandchildren Jason Charles Heberlie, and Nicholas Heberlie, one (1) great grandchild Jayden Charles Heberlie, and her brother Eugene (Beulah) Brown, along with many other family and friends. Shirley enjoyed traveling, some of her favorite places were Branson and Nashville. She loved her PT Cruiser with lightning bolts down the side. Shirley liked going to the casinos and music shows. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
