Sandra Kay DePriest

August 19, 1972 - December 20, 2021

DePriest, Sandra Kay (Sherrill), of Fenton, Missouri, was born on August 19, 1972 at St. John’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri to Gary and May (Vollmar) Sherrill and passed away at her home on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the age of 49 years 4 months and 1 day after a 7 month battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by, her father, Gary Sherrill, her beloved son, Michael Jeademann and her great niece, Haley Bequette. She is survived by her husband, Thomas W. DePriest (Married February 3, 2018) of House Springs, Missouri, her mother, May (John) Ivanko of Mehlville, Missouri, her sister Tammy (Billy) Scheidl of High Ridge, Missouri, her niece Amy (Travis Ritch) Scheidl of Dittmer, Missouri, her nephew, Jacob Scheidl of St. Louis, Missouri, her great nephew, Lincoln Ritch, her soul sister Robin (Todd) Phillips of Jefferson City, Missouri, her 2 fur babies, Nakyah and Bella, along with many other family members and dear friends. Sandy was feisty - a “firecracker.” Tommy knew this immediately following their first date. She was always ever so classy with her trendy, colorful style. She loved everything that sparkled and shined, all the way down to her perfectly done nails. She was a tremendous fan of the St. Louis Blues and the St. Louis Cardinals. She was creative with her crafting and loved her coloring books. She literally had every color imaginable when it came to pens, crayons and markers. She dreamt often of a cabin in the mountains and every year she wished for a white Christmas. She loved candy, bubble gum, Pepsi and she really loved her pickles. Sandy’s favorite of all, was spending precious time with her great nephew Lincoln. Sandy was beautiful both inside and out. When she loved, she loved hard. She was an amazing wife, mother, friend and the absolute best “Aunteen” that one could imagine. Sandy is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 8:00PM at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill Missouri, 63016.
