Robert "Bob" A. Woods

November 7, 1950 - March 18, 2022

Robert 'Bob' A. Woods, 71 of West Chester, OH passed away unexpectedly on March 18, 2022. Bob was born in St. Louis, MO on Tuesday, November 7, 1950. Bob was a great husband, dad and grandpa. He was there to care for all of them and proud of each one for their individual accomplishments. Bob enjoyed cooking and his family considered him a chef when he took over the kitchen. Bob had his own construction business and loved to take on projects that would challenge his thinking. Whether it be a building project or restoring some type of antique car or a motorcycle Bob was all in. He served in the Vietnam War and was born in to a very military and patriotic family. Bob has served as the Captain of the Ohio Patriot Guard Riders for over 15 years. He has continued to give his support to hundreds of veteran's families throughout the years. He will be missed but not forgotten. Bob is the beloved husband of Maxine (nee Tillison) for over 48 years, devoted father of Heather (Shawn) Harrison and Rebecca Rose, loving grandpa of Kaley (Lana) Rose, Brittney, Natalie, Robert and Brady Rose, dear brother of Johnnie (Christiane) Woods and the late Brian Woods, also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040 on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM. Western Hills-Cheviot Masonic Lodge #140 and the Scottish Rite will conduct services at 6:30 PM and the Ohio Patriot Guard Final Salute will be at 7:00 PM. There will be a visitation on Friday, March 25, 2022 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016 from 8:00 AM until time of Service at 9:30 AM with burial at Jefferson Barrack National Cemetery immediately follow the service.
