Houser, Robert William, of House Springs, Missouri, was born December 20, 1940 in Marion, Louisiana to Eugene and Mabel Maxine (nee Sinclair) Houser and entered into rest Tuesday, July 26, 2022 in Saint Louis at the age of 81 years, 7 months, and 6 days. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Houser and Mabel Maxine (Billy) Buchanan son, Jeffrey Houser beloved grandma, Edna Sinclair brother, Charles Buchanan He is survived by, his loving wife, Janie (nee Goode) Houser daughters, Kimberly (Keith) Burke and Amy (Spencer) Francik seven (7) grandchildren, Robert (Logan) Houser, Chris Burke, Brittany (Nick) Hankins, Danielle Skrzelowski, Jacob Meeks, Justin (Sierra) Francik, and Sophia Francik six (6) great grandchildren, Henley, Harrison, Derek, Journey, Baby Hankins, and Baby Francik brother, David (Kim) Buchanan along with numerous extended family and friends. Robert was a wonderful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, and Son. He was an avid fisherman, soaking up the sun and enjoying the birds chirping and the squirrels rustling. He was known for his craftmanship of his work, his flooring was respected and loved by anyone who saw it. The flooring community looked up to Robert in many ways as he was a mentor for many. He took pride in knowing his hard work paid off. His family was always first, taking the shirt off his own back was never a question if his family needed it. When he wasn’t outside or being crafty, he was watching the Cardinals. While yes, he loved his Cardinal Bird visitors his Cardinals Baseball team was the one to beat. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him. Services will be held at a later date.
