Rachel was a loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, and Friend. She was the best grandmother, dropping everything she could when they needed her and as a mother she taught her daughters strength, love, kindness, and compassion. One of her many hats was working at Monsanto for 39 years before happily retiring. She also joined the Amvets Auxiliary in 1968, throughout her time she was the District Secretary Treasure and President. She was also part of the Ballwin Bethel Eastern Star; these places were where she found long lasting friendships. But don’t be mistaken, her friendships went from California to Singapore, Japan, and even Hong Kong. Her heart was big and she loved seeing others smile. Helping out at various nursing homes was just one way she gave back. The joy and laughter she shared with others will forever be in the hearts and minds of those she touched. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Visitation Monday, May 2, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary.
