Politte, Marissa “Rissa” of Valley Park, Missouri, was born August 27, 1995 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Jason Politte and Karen (nee Kuntz) Chaplin and entered into rest Sunday, October 18, 2020 in Saint Louis, Missouri at the age of 25 years, 1 month and 23 days. She is preceded in death by, her grandmother Janice Kuntz and one fur baby Ali. She is survived by, her parents, Jason (Lisa Shipley) Politte and Karen (Anthony) Chaplin, boyfriend, Matt Burchett, two (2) fur babies Kali and Riley, four (4) grandparents, Fred (Barb) Kuntz of Ballwin, Missouri, Ron Politte of Fenton, Missouri and Sandra Gregory of Kirkwood, Missouri, four (4) siblings Angel Politte, Emily Jensen, Brenden Politte and Gabrielle “Gabbi” Politte, four (4) step-siblings, Kyle Chaplin, Cassie Chaplin, Kaden Constantz and Isaiah Constantz, along with many other family and friends. Rissa was known for her compassion for others and for animals. She was a dog lover and enjoyed training them. Rissa was a passionate learner and sought ways to serve others through her work as a radiology technologist at Total Access Urgent Care. She was known for her joyful, positive outlook on life. She enjoyed owls, all things purple, and playing video games. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation Friday, October 23, 2020 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Hwy 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016. Funeral Service Saturday, October 24, 2020 9:00 a.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Hwy 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016 with Interment to follow at Shepherd Hills Cemetery, 1925 Old State Road M, Barnhart, Missouri 63012. Per the family request, masks are optional but encouraged.
