Tate., Kenneth Edward, of Cedar Hill, Missouri, was born February 11, 1942 in Wayne, Michigan to Calvin and Mamie (nee Jeragan) Tate and entered into rest Tuesday, May 24, 2022 in Cedar Hill, Missouri at the age of 80 years, 3 months, and 13 day. He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Dorothy (nee Hylla) Tate one (1) daughter, Kimberly Wallis one (1) grandson, Kenneth David Dee Duncan He is survived by three (3) children, Victoria (Donald) Salmone of Catawissa, Katherine (Donald) Duncan of Pacific, and Kenneth Tate Jr. of Cedar Hill nine (9) grandchildren, Michael (Michelle) Duncan, Mark (Jennifer) Duncan, Michelle Duncan-Woodcock, Eric (Nana) Salmone, Damien Salmone, Travis Wallis, Megan Duncan, Shane (Morgan) Wallis, and Brandon Wallis eighteen (18) great grandchildren, Noah Duncan, Jacob Duncan, Jonah Duncan, Ally Duncan, Marcus Hyndrich, Emma Duncan, Brad Woodcock, Austin Woodcock, Christian Woodcock, Dylan Duncan-Woodcock, Elena Duncan-Jackson, Ren Salmone, Rui Salmone, Rai Salmone, Brooklyn Wallis, Cayden Wallis, Luna Wallis, and Shawn Wallis special friend, Jack and Donna Schilling along with numerous extended family and friends. Ken was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Friend, and Mentor. He liked watching sports on TV, anything from Cardinals Baseball to the Daytona 500. His crafting abilities were like none other. Making reindeer for Christmas or Angles just because he liked them. He took pride in his yard, keeping it maintained, and always having the prettiest flowers. When he wasn’t working outside, he was soaking up the sun. One of his hidden talents was his drawing ability. He made cartoons for his kids to look and drew portraits of his lovely bride. His laughter and kind heart will forever be with those he loved. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill. Service will start Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside service following at Parklawn Cemetery at 1800 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125.
