DeLorme, Jean Marie of Wentzville, Missouri, was born June 29, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri to Lloyd James and Mary (nee McKay) Stephens and entered into rest Tuesday, March 8, 2022 in St. Wentzville, Missouri at the age of 82 years, 8 months and 9 days. She is preceded in death by, her parents, and brother; Arthur Lloyd Stephens She is survived by her four (4) children; Freddie Ray(Amy) Perkins, Michael Allen Perkins, Linda Wright and Jennifer Lynn(Travis) Miller four (4) grandchildren, Tabatha Simpson, Kassy (Ben) Englert, Emily (Sam) Dencker, Esslie (Nathan) Davis, nine(9) great-grandchildren, Madison. Dillion, Morgan, Aberey, Charlee, Harriett, Ethnie, Jacob, Sadie and Sophie. many dearly loved great nieces & nephews, along with numerous extended family and friends. Jean spent her life as a seamstress. In her early years, she spent her time making clothing and hand made goods for her children and grandchildren. “Handmade by Jean DeLorme” tags adorned her creations. If you knew her, she made you something. She later utilized her skills in the textile manufacturing industry, creating gear for military and police forces. In her spare time, she enjoyed Friday night dinners with her family, going to the movies and even attended local community stage productions. She was loved dearly and will be missed by all. .
