Stanley, Jack L., of Dittmer, Missouri, was born September 21, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri to Herman “Bud” and Gertrude (nee Casting) Stanley and entered into rest Sunday, May 29, 2022 in Cedar Hill, Missouri at the age of 79 years, 8 months and 8 days. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his loving wife, Darlene Stanley He is survived by, four (4) children, Tina (Brian) Jacobs, Michele (David) Parks, Lori (Gary) Pennington, and Johnny (Julie) Stanley eleven (11) grandchildren, Michael Petero, Mindi Petero, Jessie Honea, Jacob Petero, Brandy Simpson, Jade Parks, Austin Prevallet, Logan Stanley, Ricky Stanley, Timmy Stanley, and Halee Pennington eight (8) great grandchildren, Devon Sanderson, Bella Sanderson, Zachary Chavis, Derek Lockhart, Brooklyn Petero, Easton Honea, Taryn Parks, and Ainsley Parks one (1) sibling, Jim Stanley along with numerous extended family and friends. Jack was an incredible husband, father, and grandfather, beloved by all who knew him. He had a passion for automobiles. He started at an early age with Fenton Autobody as an autobody technician. His passion developed into him owning his own garage (self-employed) as a skilled and talented “body man” for over 50 years. Jack liked the outdoors. He was an avid deer hunter and camper. He enjoyed a good tractor pull with his son Johnny. He was a bit of a jokester. Jack was a good Christian man and a member of St. Martin’s United Church of Christ in Dittmer, Missouri. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. A private service will be held at a later date at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016.
