Combs, Henry Devert, of Wildwood, Missouri was born May 15, 1922, in Couch, Missouri, to John and Nancy (nee Barton) Combs and entered into rest, Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the age of 98 years, 2 months and 24 days. He is preceded in death by, his parents, wife Ruth Combs (married August 22, 1946 in Salem, AR), son Ricky Combs and six siblings, Orby Combs, Charlie Combs, Leamon Combs, Tommy Combs, Laura Boley and Lola Whitmore. He is survived by, two (2) daughters, Pat (Mike) Gibson of Wildwood, Missouri and Sandy (John) Keyes of Fenton, Missouri, eight (8) grandchildren, Brian (Kelly) Keyes, Amy (Dave) Bruggemann, Aaron (Jill) Keyes, Michael (Erica) Gibson, Kyle (Kerrie) Gibson, Jennifer Combs, Julie Reagan and Stacy Combs, sixteen (16) great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends. Henry was an Navy Veteran and served in the World War II. He was also a member of the United Auto Workers Local 110. Henry loved to socialize, refurb tractors and water ski. He enjoyed fishing and enjoyed it even more when he could boot his grandchildren out of a good fishing hole. Henry will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri.
