WASHINGTON, Debra R., of House Springs, Missouri, was born June 4, 1961 in St. Louis, Missouri to Raymond and Ruth (nee Deckard) Roubidoux and entered into rest Friday, March 26, 2021 in Fenton, Missouri at the age of 59 years, 9 months and 22 days. She is preceded in death by, her parents, her first husband, Jay Squier, her second husband, Dave Washington, grandparents, Marcella & Bill Deckard, Alvenia & Donald Roubidoux, one (1) brother Gary Ray Roubidoux and one (1) nephew, Mark Roubidoux. She is survived by, her significant other, Kevin Rose, two (2) children, Stephanie (William “Buddy” S.) Bell, III, of Wentzville, Missouri, David Washington, of House Springs, Missouri, three (3) grandchildren, Adrianna Rae Bell, William Simpson Bell, IV, James Alexander Bell, one (1) brother, Mark Ray Roubidoux, two (2) nieces, Jordan Roubidoux, Kara Roubidoux, one (1) nephew, Austin (Brittany) Roubidoux, four (4) great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexis, Chance, Isaac, Nora, along with numerous extended family and friends. Debbie ran a successful bookkeeping company in House Springs. Not only was she a business owner, she was a real estate broker and tax accountant. She was a woman of faith and served God as an active member at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in House Springs. She volunteered her time for many charitable events. She was a regent President of the Daughters of Isabella. Debbie was adventurous and outgoing. She enjoyed outdoor activities and spending time with her family who she cared for deeply. She had a love for all animals. She loved country and classic rock music. She was skilled at gardening and loved to cook up new recipes. In her free time you could find her searching for a good garage sale, crafting, camping or taking a ride on a motorcycle. She had an adventurous soul and had very little fear. Despite a difficult childhood and challenges thrown at her throughout life, she always worked hard and took pride in everything she accomplished. She remained optimistic and fought for what she believed in, a quality she passed down to her own children. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 2:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri, followed by interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
