McFall, Cecil J., of Dittmer, Missouri, was born March 10, 1933 in Craighead County, Arkansas to Arthur and Bessie (nee Gordon) McFall and entered into rest Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Dittmer, Missouri at the age of 89 years 2 months 16 days. He is preceded in death by his parents, six (6) siblings, Adrian McFall, Imagene (Bill) Willie, Murlene (Royce) Dial, Wayne McFall, Vadean Hammon, and Mildred (Warren) Smith He is survived by his loving wife, Mary J, (nee Dial) McFall three (3) children, Michael C. (Nancy) McFall, Steven K. McFall, Donna G. (Mike) Orick five (5) grandchildren, Josh (Sarah) McFall, Adam (Jessie) McFall, Natalie Kuykendall, Travis (Samantha) Halton, and Tyler (Stephanie) Halton ten (10) great grandchildren, Jacob McFall, Matthew McFall, Landon Kuykendall, Emma McFall, Mason Branch, Lilianna Halton, Brantley Halton, Alea McFall, Asher Halton, and one on the way Autumn Nichole Halton. two (2) siblings, Reba (Roscoe) Cunningham and Ella Forest along with numerous extended family and friends. Cecil was an incredible husband and father, beloved by all who knew him. Cecil was a highly skilled laser beam welding professional of 30 years with McDonnell Douglas. He set the laser beam welding standard. He led McDonnell Douglas Unites States welding operations, as well as their projects in Israel. He worked on the first McDonnell Douglas Tomahawk missile and space shuttle Mercury. He worked in their White Room with top security clearance. Cecil was hard working and built a successful real estate business of 40 years. He was a welding instructor at Lewis and Clark College in St. Charles, Missouri. He was also a patient driving instructor with his children teaching them to park using trash cans, and to focus on driving in reverse, as this will make you much better at driving forward. Cecil loved to travel. He shared this passion for travel with his wife with many trips to Hawaii, including a cruise around the islands, as well as his children with trips to Niagara Falls, the Smokey Mountains and Pikes Peak. He had a wonderful sense of humor. He was very entertaining among family and friends. He was a heck of a dancer and loved to lip sync to his hee-haw shows. Cecil was a good Christian man. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
