Neil E. Bingaman

Neil E. Bingaman of House Springs, Missouri, was born January 6, 1938 in St. Louis, Missouri to Clarence and Pauline (nee Chandler) Bingaman and entered into rest Tuesday, June 23, 2026 in House Springs, Missouri at the age of 88 ½ years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Pauline (nee Chandler) Bingaman; his brother Robert Mueller; nephew, Robert Mueller Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane (nee Hoff) Bingaman; children, Brian (Gesina “Gissy”) Bingaman, Brenda (Jimmy) Pierce, Barbra (Leonard) Clark, Danny (Susan) Wingenbach, Dave (Kristy) Wingenbach and Steve (Autymn) Wingenbach; grandchildren, Brian, Britteny (Dave), Brett (Drew), Heather (Ryan), Brett (Jess), Andrew (Chelsey), Brayden, Ava, Andon, Isla, Haley and Kale; great grandchildren, Connor, Cayde, Deklan, Connor, Connor, Logan, Bailey, Elliot and Everett; nieces and nephew, Kim Bishop, Lori (Dave) Clavenna and Ronnie Mueller; along with numerous other extended family and friends. Neil's accomplishments reflected a lifetime of dedication, leadership, and service to both his community and profession. He proudly served with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, owned and operated White Oak Lanes, and excelled as National Sales Manager for DeMert and Dougherty. He faithfully served as a Councilman, Mayor Pro Tem, and City Tax Assessor of Arnold, Missouri, helping guide and strengthen the communities he called home. His commitment to serving others continued through his role as Missouri Senior Administrator for Aging Ahead, where he advocated for and supported seniors throughout the state. Through his professional achievements and public service, Neil built a lasting legacy of hard work, leadership, and meaningful impact. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Neil found his greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life and the people he loved most. He enjoyed spending time fishing, bowling, tending to his garden, and trying his luck at the casino. A dedicated bowling coach, Neil took great pride in mentoring and encouraging bowlers, sharing his knowledge of the sport and fostering a love of the game in others. Nothing brought a bigger smile to his face than cheering on his grandchildren at their baseball games, proudly supporting them from the stands. Neil will be remembered for his strong work ethic, generous spirit, and unwavering devotion to his family and community. His legacy of service, kindness, and love will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary – Cedar Hill 6300 State Route 30 Cedar Hill, Missouri 63016.
