Lynn Clayton Glatt

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lynn Glatt, who departed this life on August 8, 2025, at the age of 61. Lynn was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend whose generous spirit, adventurous heart, and unwavering love for his family left a lasting mark on all who knew him. Born on April 29, 1964, Lynn was a proud son of Joyce (Gonz) Glatt and the late Grant Glatt. He lived a life full of passion, faith, and dedication. Lynn was a devoted husband to Tori (Moellenhoff) Glatt, with whom he shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and partnership. Together, they raised two wonderful children: Hadden (Holly) Glatt and Olivia (Trevor) Schlueter, who carry forward his strength, warmth, and integrity. His greatest joy came from being "Papa" to his cherished grandchildren: Blake, Brady, Jackson, and Charlie. Lynn earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as an MBA from Webster University. Lynn was a member of Beta Sigma Psi fraternity. Lynn loved playing rugby and developed life-long friendships while playing. He began his rugby career while attending Mizzou. After graduation Lynn played for the Western United States, as well as the St. Louis Bombers. Lynn’s passion for rugby also led him to live and play in New Zealand for over a year. A man of the land and the wild, Lynn found peace in farming, hunting, and spending time outdoors. Whether trekking through the woods or tending to animals, he was most at home surrounded by nature. His happiest moments, however, were spent in the company of family — sharing stories, laughter, and love. Lynn is also survived by his sister-in-law Cara Moellenhoff, nieces Juli and Stella. He was also a wonderful Uncle to Samantha and Jack, and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Grant Glatt, and his brother-in-law, John Moellenhoff. Lynn’s family wish to thank the many caring doctors and nurses at St. Clare Hospital for their excellent care and compassion for Lynn during his stay there.
