Calvin R. Dwinell

Dwinell, Calvin R., of Hillsboro, Missouri, was born July 7, 1935, in Cushing,Oklahoma, to Lynes and Eunice (nee Hurt) Dwinell, and entered into rest, Sunday, December 7, 2014, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, Missouri at the age of 79 years and 5 months. He is preceded in death by his parents and three (3) siblings, Gene Dwinell,Jenny Stogsdill and Karen Light. His sister, Earline Hornbuckle of DeSoto, Missouri, passed December 11, 2014. He is survived by: his wife of 46 years, Jean (nee Hall) Dwinell of Hillsboro, Missouri,four (4) children, Richard (Debbie) Barger of Barnhart, Missouri, Janet (Larry) Fields of DeSoto, Missouri, Telia (Tim) Chilton of Hillsboro, Missouri and Margaret (Mike) McDowell of Arnold, Missouri,seven (7) grandchildren, Amber (Kevin) Spiller, Ashley (Scott) Wirick, Ian McDowell, Zachery Scotino, Seth Barger, Sarah Fields, and Kathleen Barnett,six (6) step grandchildren,six (6) great grandchildren, Kaleb Spiller, Kadin Spiller, Kendall Spiller,Willow Wirick, Leo Wirick, and Ellie Scotino and 19 other great grandchildren and step great grandchildren,four (4) siblings, Sharon Bingaman of High Ridge, Missouri, Pat Hoy of Salem, Missouri, Dale Dwinell of Hillsboro, Missouri and Lola Thebeau of Festus, Missouri,nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. Calvin enjoyed playing golf, being with his family, Cardinals baseball and all sports. He was a member of the High Ridge Elks for 31 years and was also a member of the IBEW Local #2 of St Louis. He is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Wednesday, December 10, 2014, from 4 until 8 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016. Service will be Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Cedar Hill, MO.
