Caleb Scanlon

CALEB M. SCANLON of Hillsboro, Missouri was born January 14, 2007 in St. Louis, Missouri to Jeffrey and Sara (nee Harston) Scanlon and died April 3, 2020 at his home in Hillsboro, Missouri at the age of 13 years 2 months and 20 days. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Christa Scanlon, and his uncle, Joshua Scanlon. He is survived by his parents, Jeffrey and Sara (nee Harston) Scanlon of Hillsboro, Missouri, his sister, Grace Scanlon of Hillsboro, Missouri, his grandparents, William and Georgina Scanlon of Desoto, Missouri and Mark and Bonnie Harston of Richland, Missouri, his uncles and aunts, David Harston of Waynesville, Missouri, Steven (Hannah) Scanlon of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri and David (Carrie) Bowling of Herculaneum, Missouri, and many other relatives and friends. Caleb was all about video games, animals and sports – he loved football and baseball. He was raised through Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Hillsboro, Missouri and attended Hillsboro Junior High School. Caleb is dearly loved and missed by family and friends throughout our community. Visitation on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. will be organized in small gatherings at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016 with attendees receiving numbers when they arrive on-site, remaining in their cars and entering when they are invited by number. Private Mass on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. can be viewed live stream https://mygoodshepherd.com/livestream/. Family and friends can stage in their cars along Highway 30 in Cedar Hill, MO at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 in anticipation of the funeral procession from church to the cemetery for Interment, which will also be Private at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
