Vincent Anthony Rocchio

Rocchio, Vincent Anthony, of Cedar Hill, Missouri was born December 11, 1932, in St Louis, Missouri, to John and Antoinette (nee Pilla) Rocchio, and entered into rest, Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at his residence in Cedar Hill, Missouri, at the age of 82 years, 5 months and 29 days. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Barbara Ann (nee Halker) Rocchio, granddaughter, Catherine Rose Dury, and siblings, Mae Sullivan, Pasquale Rocchio, Francis Rocchio, Dominic Rocchio, and John Rocchio, He is survived by, three(3) children, Mary A. (Steven) Dury of St Louis, Missouri, Anne M. (Kevin) Fisher of Fenton, Missouri and Joseph A. (Katie) Rocchio of Cedar Hill, Missouri, five (5) grandchildren, Mark (Diana) Dury, Carol (Chris Westlund) Dury, Kimberly (Ryan) Suttenfield, Jennifer (Richard) Survant, and Stephanie Fisher, four (4) great grandchildren, Ava Survant, Steve Dury, Haley Dury and Austin Survant, three (3) siblings, Rose Maloney, Mary Powell and Madeline Ellsworth, brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews and many friends Vincent worked as a foreman for Marlo Coil where he retired in 1995. He served his country during the Korean War as a United States Navy veteran. He was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace and was a 4th degree knight with the Knights of Columbus #6435 and a member of the American Legion Post #103 in Maplewood. He formerly managed Dury Vineyards in New Haven, Missouri. He enjoyed dancing, gardening and model trains. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri. Mass Monday, June 15, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4696 Notre Dame Lane, House Springs, Missouri. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
